- To confirm, pack and deliver your order and collect Cash on Delivery payment.
- To contact you about your order, delivery, returns or questions.
- To improve our website and, if you agree to it, send you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and fake orders.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the partners we need to run the store: our courier company (to deliver your parcel), Shopify (which hosts our website and checkout), and advertising and analytics tools such as Meta and Google, which help us show relevant ads and understand how the website is used. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and keep proper business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing shopthaiseed@gmail.com.
Children
Our products are for babies, but our website is meant for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
