Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to every order, to any city in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. There is nothing to pay online.

Processing time

Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. We may call or message you on the phone number you provide to confirm your order and address before dispatch.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are usually quicker. Smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number with you by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Delays

Delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, public holidays, strikes or courier issues outside our control. If your order is running late, contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

Receiving your parcel

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the cash amount. If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
