Returns & Exchange

We want you and your baby to be completely happy with your order. This policy applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your bottle arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos (or a short video) of the item and its packaging. We will send you a replacement free of charge, including delivery.

Change of mind

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. The customer pays the return delivery cost, and the original Rs 200 delivery charge is not refundable.

Hygiene rule for baby feeding products

For the safety of every baby, bottles and nipples that have been opened, used, washed or sterilised cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

How refunds are paid

Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Just contact us with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but the return policy above still applies.

How to start a return

Email us at shopthaiseed@gmail.com with your order number, your name and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
