Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This online store sells baby feeding products to customers in Pakistan. You can reach us at shopthaiseed@gmail.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. We can decline or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be confirmed, or a pricing error was made. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown at checkout, plus the Rs 200 delivery charge, is the total you pay. Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery to the courier when the parcel arrives.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Exchange policy.

6. Safe use of feeding products

Always supervise your baby during feeding. Check the bottle and nipple before every use and stop using any part that shows cracks, tears or thinning. Replace nipples regularly. Clean and sterilise before first use and follow the care instructions included with the product. Never leave a baby alone with a bottle.

7. Product information

We try to make product descriptions and photos as accurate as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
